Ryan Dowse
Having fallen in love with health and fitness, my passion lies within guiding others to achieve their fitness goals, whilst being creative around the fundamentals of training. Great progress can be made when effective programming and good nutrition is paired with enjoyment and enthusiasm to lead a healthy lifestyle.
As a coach I will do my best to help us adopt this approach, drawing on more than 12 years experience I have working with a variety of clients. Committing to a change in your lifestyle can be daunting, but I would be delighted to help you on your journey.

Where is the gym based?We're based in Royal Wootton Bassett, SN4 7SR.

When are the sessions?We have sessions available every weekday morning, and evenings Monday to Thursday.

What if I haven’t been to a gym like this before?There’s no need to worry as we pride ourselves in making sure each individual receives training pitched at the correct level and intensity for them. Whether you’re brand new to training or a seasoned gym-goer, our methods will provide a challenging yet realistic experience.

Can I use the gym outside of scheduled sessions?No - our studio is not open for general gym access. Attendance is exclusive to our small group personal training sessions, which are scheduled to provide a structured and supportive environment for our members.

What happens after the 6 week challenge?It’s your choice - you can become a full member and continue enjoying the benefits of training, or, if you feel the six weeks gave you the kickstart you needed to continue on your own, we part ways with no further commitment
