TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Agreement
By signing up for a membership at Prime Fitness, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. It is the responsibility of each member to read and understand these terms before joining. Prime Fitness reserves the right to update these terms as needed, with notice provided to members.

2. Membership & Payments

  • Memberships operate on a recurring payment basis and renew automatically each month.

  • Each membership has a one-month minimum commitment. Members must provide notice for cancellation before the next billing cycle (see Cancellation Policy below).

  • Payments will be processed on the agreed billing date via the selected payment method.

  • Prices may be subject to an annual increase in line with inflation.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Members must provide a minimum of 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle to cancel their membership. Cancellations should be submitted in writing to Ryan Dowse.

  • No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused sessions.

  • Prime Fitness reserves the right to terminate memberships if a member fails to adhere to gym rules or behaves inappropriately.

4. Health & Safety

  • Members confirm that they are physically fit and able to participate in exercise without any medical conditions that could be adversely affected by physical activity.

  • Prime Fitness is not liable for injuries sustained while using the facilities unless due to gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

  • Members must follow all staff instructions regarding safety, equipment use, and facility rules. Failure to comply may result in termination of membership.

5. Access & Gym Use

  • Membership grants access to Prime Fitness only during specified session slots.

  • Opening hours and session times may vary, particularly around bank holidays, at the discretion of Prime Fitness.

  • Shared memberships are available as a designated membership option. However, unauthorised sharing of a membership or allowing non-members to access the gym is strictly prohibited and may result in membership termination.

6. Liability & Waiver

  • Members assume all risks associated with exercise and the use of gym facilities.

  • Prime Fitness is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged within the premises.

  • Members must report any injuries, accidents, or faulty equipment to staff immediately.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Members must respect staff and other gym users at all times.

  • The use of inappropriate language, harassment, or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in termination of membership.

  • All equipment must be used properly and returned to its designated place after use.

8. Membership Freezes

  • Members may request a temporary freeze of their membership for medical reasons or extended travel.

  • Freeze requests must be submitted in writing to Ryan Dowse and are subject to approval.

  • Memberships may be frozen for a maximum of three months per year.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Prime Fitness collects and stores personal data to manage memberships and communicate with members.

  • Member information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

  • Members have the right to request access to or deletion of their personal data.

10. Termination by Prime Fitness

  • Prime Fitness reserves the right to terminate a membership if a member fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

  • In cases of termination due to misconduct, no refunds will be provided.

  • Members have the right to appeal a termination decision by submitting a written request to Ryan Dowse.

11. Emergency Procedures

  • In case of a medical emergency, members must alert staff immediately.

  • In the event of an evacuation, members must follow staff instructions and exit the premises safely.

  • Emergency exits and procedures are clearly marked within the facility.

 

12. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for a membership, members acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of the gym services after any updates to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Your consent includes but is not limited to sharing your images or videos on Prime Fitness' website, social media accounts (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), promotional materials, and advertisements.
